This stunning apartment is located on the second ‘piano nobile’ of a magnificent Venetian Palazzo with architectural details reminiscent of 13th Century grandeur.

Composed of a double bedroom, an eat-in kitchen, and two bathrooms, it has a lavish yet understated elegance which make it the perfect space for both relaxing and entertaining.

Entering into the spacious living room you see, in addition to the stylish and comfortable sofa and armchairs by Saba covered in Bevilaqua fabric,  a 42″ Mirror-TV with smart hub. Four enormous windows lead to a french balcony overlooking the charming canal and square. The bedroom is to the right of the living room and also offers breathtaking views of the pretty canal. The elegant space is decorated with a designer king-size bed, custom-made side tables, and appliques Bijou by Fabian. The en-suite bathroom is in Istrian stone, with custom-made cabinetry and Beluga sconces by Fabian, while a further guest bathroom with Bisazza tiles and chromo-therapy shower serves the living area. To the left of the living room is a large kitchen with round marble table by Knool and designer chairs by Gervasoni, while a Murano-glass chandelier completes the look.     

The apartment’s interior design features a palette of natural tones, with peach tan and beige mixed with dashes of blue and lilac in the sofas and cushions. Walls, floors and surfaces are also done in light colours in order to maintain visual continuity throughout the space. The floors are in Venetian marble and are kept uncluttered with only one rug as the focal point of each room. Lighting is calming yet efficient when direct lighting is needed. A mix of floor lamps, lamp sets, and indirect illumination is used to obtain the desired effect or degree of lighting.

This area features some of the city’s most important monuments such as the Frari Church, the Scuola di San Rocco and the Carmini church. Filled with, restaurants and bars, this section of town is nicely populated by young families and has a very local Venetian feel, with good food shops and artisan ateliers. Piazza San Marco can be reached on foot in approximately 20 minutes.
