Entering the apartment, you are immediately struck by the immense space, subtly divided into two functional areas: a living room with spectacular views over the canal, decorated with oversized sofa by Saba for total relaxation, a dining area furnished with a Eero Saarinen table in black marquinia marble by Knoll, designer chairs in dove blue velvet by Dedar and stunning custom-made kitchen.The bedrooms are positioned on either side of the living area giving a sense of symmetry and proportion, and are fitted with king size beds by Felis with Dedar textiles, a custom-made cabinet with Mirror TV, and  en suite bathrooms. The highest standards of design and comfort have been employed to create the quintessential holiday retreat.

The apartment’s interior design features a palette of natural hues and soft tones, with white, grey, and shades of beige contrasting with brass fitments. Walls, floors and surfaces are also finished in light colours in order to maintain visual continuity throughout the space. The floors are in Venetian marble with a beautiful Persian carpet as the focal point of the room. Lighting is both ambient for relaxing and efficient when direct lighting is needed. A mix of floor lamps, table lamps and indirect lighting are used to obtain the desired effect at any particular moment in time.

There is a stair lift to the first floor.

San Polo

This area features some of the city’s most important monuments such as the Frari Church, the Scuola di San Rocco and the Carmini church. Filled with, restaurants and bars, this section of town is nicely populated by young families and has a very local Venetian feel, with good food shops and artisan ateliers. Piazza San Marco can be reached on foot in approximately 20 minutes.
