Property Description

On entering the apartment the living room has a comfortable sofa facing a designer console. The area extends into a fully equipped kitchen with custom-made countertops and a stand-alone island with four barstools in chromed steel. The original beamed ceiling is painted dove-grey and is framed by a bronze-coloured moulding. The pavement is in white terrazzo marble with dusky pink and black flecks.

Beyond the kitchen is a luxurious bathroom encased in Istrian stone. High-end finishes include Murano glass appliques, gold fittings, walk-in shower with large water heads, and custom-made cabinetries.

To the right of the bathroom a stairway leads to the third floor where the bedroom is located. It is fitted with a king size bed, a sitting area, and a large dresser. The look of Barena is contemporary with Venetian accents. The colour palette for this apartment favours natural hues and soft tones of grey and turquoise. Walls, floors and surfaces are also done in light colours in order to maintain visual continuity throughout the space.
